The Myles and Grant Experience
The Myles and Grant Experience is a long form discussion between two long time friends. Often hilarious, the discussion also goes deep on mental health, how to survive in the modern world, keeping it simple, travel, living purposefully (the no B.S. approach) and the miracle of life. Often on point, and often totally off track. This is as honest and fulfilling as it gets... enjoy.
The creators Myles and Grant are looking long term. Their aim is to build a community of listners, who are willing to be open and honest about mental health. Who are willing to ask their fellow man, if they are ok, when they notice a person is suffering. Grant and Myles are hoping that through their conversation about the tools, they use to deal with lifeΒ΄s ebb and flow and through infectious laughter, they will enspire others to openly communicate with people in their enviroment to share discussion, tools, ideas and honesty on how to help live a motivated and beautiful existance.

Hi Grant and Myles βοΈ Wow, I'm so happy my message left you both feeling uplifted! It's those little moments of acknowledging others' positive energies that make the world a better place. "The Session", well that made me laugh! Very Freudian π I was listening to the episode in my wee bothy, with the wind and rain lashing down outside, and hearing my name was such a lovely surprise. It felt like I was having a warm cuppa with a couple of new pals! ππ My "grateful" is for you acknowledging my fledgling writing by reading out the synopsis - and pushing me further out of my comfort zone π³ I'm stepping out on the limb graciously though, and embracing the challenges of my continuing journey, or Camino. Thank you for another entertaining episode and for the latest gem. I'm off to Google "Blue Mind" now, and if you ever print t-shirts I'll definitely buy one π Namaste Mandi π βοΈπ π£ π Xx The Season: a pocket guide to sobriety and spirituality (my pen name is Peregrina find your Camino) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DV9MQ1N1
Hi Grant and Myles βοΈ Greetings from the Isle of Iona. I just wanted to check in and thank you both for such an enjoyable podcast. It's full of little gems that really resonate with me. I also love hearing the two of you speaking so openly and embracing the power of vulnerability. Congratulations Grant on passing your Yacht Master course. It's truly a massive achievement! I'd been following your progress after hearing about you from Mark (Sparks) while spending a magical couple of months with him in Byron. I'm still listening to the easy banter, thoughtful ruminations and inspiring insights from you both each week. It's a joy to listen to and it always makes me smile. I'm also sharing a link to a book I wrote as I think you might enjoy it. It's my first attempt, but as you quoted from Andy Warhol (and to paraphrase) sometimes we have to put it out there and just keep doing it! I'd like to contribute a favourite quote of mine too, "Comparison is the thief of Joy", so please continue being your unique selves! I'm now a regular listener - so you have one more from Scotland to add to your demographics π Namaste, Mandi πβοΈππ£π Xx https://amzn.eu/d/dj2QzM2
